RIGHT TO RETURN

If a product purchased on GIORGIOQUINTO.COM. does not meet your expectations it is possible to start the procedure of RETURN by sending a emails to info@giorgioquinto.com by entering full name, order number, geographical address, telephone number, reason for Return , and type of compensation.

GIORGIOQUINTO.COM provides for two types of compensation:

  1. Purchase Code
  2. Cash refund 

    Terms and conditions of Return:

    INTEGRATED and UNWorn items must be returned to our boutiques within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods. After this period, the customer loses the right to return. 

     

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RETURN

    To apply for authorization at Return the client must send a E-MAIL at the address info@giorgioquinto.com. 

    Once theemail is sent, the customer will receive a confirmation email from GIORGIOQUINTO.COM containing the instructions to be followed to return the goods. 

    Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the Return is due to an error attributable to our warehouse (e.g. sending wrong item, different size/color than requested).

    The return shipment must be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, otherwise the right to Return will be lost.

    TYPES OF COMPENSATION

    1) PURCHASE CODE

    As soon as the returned items are received and verified, GIORGIOQUINTO.COM will send the customer a purchase code for the total value of the returned merchandise, less the Return shipping costs previously communicated to the customer. The purchase code: 

    • can only be used for purchases on GIORGIOQUINTO.COM; 
    • May be used no later than 31 December of the year of issue; 
    • It must be used entirely in an order of equal or higher value.

    2) CASH REFUND

    Once the returned merchandise has been received and verified, as well as as ascertained that all terms and conditions of Return have been met, GIORGIOQUINTO.COM will notify the customer of the initiation of the case for a refund.

    Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such a refund.

    • If the purchase on GIORGIOQUINTO.COM was made through PayPal account (or credit card entered on PayPal), the cash refund, less the Return shipping costs previously communicated to the customer by email, will be available on the account within the period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
    • If the purchase on GIORGIOQUINTO.COM was made by credit card, the cash refund, less the shipping costs of Return previously communicated to the customer, will be credited to the same card within 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned merchandise and will be visible on the next credit card statement. 

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    For GIORGIOQUINTO.COM to accept Return the following conditions must be met: 

    1. Clothing items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 
    2. The soles of the shoes must not show any signs of wear.
    3. Each item must be Return with all labels and tags present when the item is received, including original packaging if present.
    4. In the case of damaged merchandise, GIORGIOQUINTO.COM reserves the right to ask the customer for photographic evidence (to be sent by email) before authorizing the Return and bearing the shipping costs.
    5. All accessories and footwear must be returned inside their original box, which must show no signs of damage or wear and must not have been used as the only outer packaging in the return shipment.
    6. If all or part of the conditions of Return listed are not met, GIORGIOQUINTO.COM reserves the right to deny the Return and return the product to the customer (if the return shipment has already taken place). Additional shipping costs will then be borne by the customer.
